Rival Catering has been serving great meals and great memories for more than five decades. Call Rival Catering today; we'll take care of everything. You don't need to worry about a thing. We take care of all the details, from preparation to clean up. We fix our prices up front. We never charge hidden fees.
We pride ourselves on serving traditional well prepared well cooked meals for good value, to suit all needs.
All of our menus can be amended to suit your particular requirements and we are happy to price your own suggestions on request.
All of our menu prices include: Cutlery crockery, banquet roll table covering, colour coded napkins, condiments
and white gloved silver service staff (unless otherwise stated).
Rival Catering will travel to a venue of your choice and provide anything from a full sit down 10 course meal to a simple delivery buffet.
We will come with all equipment required, lay your tables, you will be served by uniformed white gloved silver service waiting staff, we will leave all areas used clean and as found.
We are happy to work within your particular requirements and we can offer our advice on all aspects of your event.
We can also tailor all menus to work within your budget.
If you are having trouble with finding the right place why not ask us, we have numerous contacts and we're sure we can find somewhere to suit your needs.
You must let us know in advance of any special dietary requirements as we cannot be held responsible for any problems arising due to allergies if we have not been informed in advance.
Weddings
Rival Catering have their own wedding format - we can look after proceedings on your special day and even act as toastmaster throughout proceedings if you require. We offer a personal touch and ensure a smooth running of the day.
We offer a wedding package - outlined in our menus - all you need to do if find your perfect venue!

Evening food
Why not try something a little different , our Cheesecake is growing very popular. (plenty of options available and you can build your own with the cheese you love).
We also offer a wide range of Live food options as well as your traditional evening buffet options ask us for a quote for Paellas, Hog Roasts, Taco stands, BBQ's, Oven baked baguettes, Fish & Chips & Build your own burgers..
We offer competitive prices on full cheesecake packages or reduced sizes.
Hot and Cold buffets - Can either be delivered and set up and left for you on disposables or can be laid up and served to you, we will clear all tables, serve drinks and generally take care of all your guests needs leaving you to enjoy your day.

Seriously could not give these wonderful ladies anymore praise if I wanted to, you deserve a million stars, not just 5!! They catered my tipi wedding last year in July, provided a fantastic menu with a choice of several dishes. Pre ordering the meals was super easy and trialing the dishes was in a relaxed and comfortable environment. We had hog roast to end the evening! All of the food was fantastic.
However it was not just the food that was brilliant. They did absolutely everything they could to make sure our day went smoothly, no job was too big and they were happy to help with areas that had nothing to do with the catering side of it!! It helped me to relax so much and the day would not have been so perfect if it wasn’t for you!! I’m a forever grateful!!! Thank you so much!! Xx

We had Rival Catering to do our sit down meal for 90 people for our wedding on 17th August 2013, and from the minute they got there they were brilliant. They got everything sorted for the welcome drinks for us, and when the food was served it was absolutely delicious. The service was great too and the master of ceremonies bit they do really kept the day running smoothly. They also ran the bar for us on the evening, and again they did a really brilliant job. Nothing was to much trouble and they just got stuck into anything that needed doing. We really don't think we would have enjoyed our day so much if we hadn't picked Rival Catering. The lovely food and the great service really got the room buzzing.
Although they were one of the cheaper caterers the quality of the food and service was anything but. Thank you for everything you did for us girls and we really cant recommend you enough.
